Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve incoming IT support tickets and service requests during the night shift.
- Perform remote troubleshooting for hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage and patch critical systems to maintain 99.9% system uptime.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers and document solutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user workstations and peripherals.
- Conduct routine security checks and data backups to protect company assets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office Suite.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable transportation is required.
