Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot server infrastructure and network connectivity issues in real-time.
- Provide tier-2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and remote access.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches during off-peak hours.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets with a focus on rapid response times and customer satisfaction.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues independently.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
