Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Monitor server health, network performance, and system alerts to ensure 99.9% uptime during off-hours.
- Resolve incoming help desk tickets efficiently and escalate complex issues to the day shift team.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and security updates.
- Document all technical incidents, resolutions, and configuration changes accurately in the CMDB.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology preferred.
