Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network systems, servers, and hardware during night operations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff via remote access.
- Execute scheduled software updates, security patches, and system backups.
- Manage and resolve IT service tickets within the established SLA.
- Ensure compliance with all company security and data protection policies.
- Document technical procedures and maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and network troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
