Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Shift Operations: Work 10-hour night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM) to support continuous operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand English and communicate with team leads.
