Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate production machinery to ensure high-quality output according to specifications.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks and report any defects immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the shift.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Complete necessary documentation, inventory logs, and shift reports accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
