Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move goods efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory to ensure our warehouse remains organized and operational.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day shift teams and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: A basic educational background is required.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic for inventory counting and shipping labels.
- Driver’s License: A valid state-issued ID or driver's license is required.
