Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the technical operations during the night shift, ensuring system stability, security, and seamless transitions to day operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the stability of critical technical infrastructure and network systems 24/7.
- Execute advanced troubleshooting for hardware and software issues with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate incident response and escalate complex technical problems to senior leadership.
- Ensure data security protocols are strictly adhered to during off-hours operations.
- Generate and analyze night shift performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Perform routine system backups and maintenance tasks as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, operations, or systems administration.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud-based technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently during night hours.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
