As a key member of our R&D division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable, production-ready engineering solutions. You will work in a high-performance environment where your innovations will directly shape the trajectory of our technology stack.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation neural networks for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Lead the research and integration of quantum-resistant encryption and processing algorithms.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI models for edge computing environments.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI evolution through 2026 and beyond.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the scalability and security of large-scale distributed AI systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning, computer vision, and natural language processing.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
