Responsibilities
- Operate Production Equipment: Monitor and control automated machinery to ensure high-speed, high-quality production output.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular inspections of products to ensure they meet strict quality standards and specifications.
- Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine cleaning of equipment and maintain a clean, safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished goods efficiently.
- Reporting: Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (Day and Night shifts available) and willing to work overtime.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic mechanical understanding and the ability to follow technical instructions.
