- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities across US-Mexico border
- Optimize freight transportation routes using TMS software
- Manage customs documentation and compliance requirements
- Track inventory levels and coordinate warehouse operations
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and clients
- Analyze logistics data for process improvements
- Prepare monthly performance reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- 2+ years logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS and inventory management software
- Strong bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
- Knowledge of customs regulations and NAFTA requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean record
