In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production infrastructure. You will lead a cross-functional team to ensure our systems are resilient, secure, and capable of processing massive datasets in real-time.
Responsibilities
- Architect the core infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead a team of 5+ Senior Engineers and DevOps specialists in design reviews and implementation.
- Optimize database queries and system architectures to handle petabyte-scale data.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering department.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of machine learning infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
