Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term SEO roadmap, specifically focusing on Gen-AI search trends and the Semantic Web.
- Lead the company's transition into Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), ensuring our content structures are optimized for Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement technical SEO standards that support real-time data processing and voice search accessibility.
- Analyze complex datasets to forecast search algorithm shifts and user intent evolution before they happen.
- Oversee the migration of our digital presence to Web3-ready protocols where applicable.
- Train and mentor a team of junior SEO specialists on the tools of the future.
- Report on KPIs related to organic growth, voice search rankings, and AI-driven engagement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in technical SEO, with at least 2 years focusing on AI and voice search integration.
- Deep understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and how LLMs rank content.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or advanced analytics tools to manipulate search data.
- Strong grasp of Schema.org markup and its evolution for AI consumption.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading large-scale technical projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related technical field.
