Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Create and communicate a compelling product vision for the 2026 Initiative, aligning it with the company's long-term strategic goals.
- Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic bets.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and user feedback to drive product iterations and feature enhancements.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with sales and marketing teams to define launch strategies and maximize product adoption.
- Agile Execution: Lead agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define and execute complex product strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud architecture, and emerging technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
