- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 15+ years in strategic foresight or tech innovation
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in quantum computing and AI ethics frameworks
- Track record of scaling global innovation initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
