Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation strategy, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present strategic foresight reports to stakeholders, translating complex scenarios into executable roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-generation technologies
- Drive organizational culture shift toward agile innovation methodologies
- Mentor talent in strategic foresight and emerging technology adoption
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals to refine long-term vision
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Deep understanding of AI, Web3, climate tech, and biotechnology convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
