Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar decisions and shape our trajectory through the 2025-2030 horizon.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive future scenario models for 2026-2030 across technology, market, and social domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Quantify emerging opportunity spaces using predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and strategic whitepapers for board-level decision-making
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurist networks, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through internal education and future-state immersion sessions
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or industry journals
- Experience building and scaling innovation frameworks within enterprise environments
