Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' analyzing disruptive technologies, market shifts, and geopolitical impacts
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on climate adaptation and societal resilience
- Establish cross-industry partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and NASA
- Mentor a 12-person futurist team while curating the company's 'Future Intelligence' platform
- Present findings to Board of Directors and external stakeholders at Davos and TED conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused C-suite role
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar top-tier journals
- Expertise in emerging tech: AGI ethics, climate tech, neuro-interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record influencing Fortune 500 strategic decisions
- Fluency in scenario-planning frameworks (e.g., Shell's Two Degrees) and data modeling
- Public speaking experience at global forums (minimum 3 keynotes in past 2 years)
