Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology landscape
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and trend forecasting reports
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of exponential thinking
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and strategic investments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related advanced field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (>$50M impact)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AGI, biotech, or climate tech
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
