Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology and market trend forecasts using advanced analytical frameworks
- Design scenario-planning models to identify disruptive opportunities and risks across industries
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with executive stakeholders and R&D teams
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic roadmaps for board-level presentations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Mentor a team of futurists and researchers to cultivate next-generation foresight capabilities
- Monitor global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, biotech convergence) and translate implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization skills
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to executive audiences and boards
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
