Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizons
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize future scenarios and innovation pipelines
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof product concepts
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level future scenarios
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation roadmaps
