Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap specifically aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Architect scalable, resilient systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI integration.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Post-Quantum Cryptography, Neural Interfaces).
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct risk assessments and disaster recovery planning for futuristic infrastructure scenarios.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading technical transformations and defining product roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and the ability to evaluate future AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including Zero Trust architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
