Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of core algorithms for the 2026 product roadmap.

- Drive the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define technical requirements and roadmap deliverables.
- Mentor and coach a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ and experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Extensive experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
