Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance software systems for our 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, quantum engineers, and UX specialists to integrate AI into core products.
- Define technical standards and best practices to ensure system reliability and security in edge environments.
- Lead the migration of legacy infrastructure to quantum-ready cloud architectures.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies and present strategic roadmaps to the executive board.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Q#).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
