Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the scalable infrastructure for the 2026 product launch, ensuring 99.99% uptime and sub-millisecond latency.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and security protocols for the entire organization.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt, ensuring the platform remains agile and maintainable.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with a focus on distributed systems and cloud architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a proven track record of deploying high-performance systems.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with AI/ML pipeline integration and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of mentoring senior engineering teams.
