Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and maintain the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- System Architecture: Lead the design of complex, distributed microservices and edge computing architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of generative AI models into core workflows, optimizing for latency and ethical compliance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with product managers to translate high-level business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement state-of-the-art cybersecurity protocols (Zero Trust architecture) to protect critical infrastructure.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and validate emerging technologies, including quantum computing interfaces and predictive analytics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI/ML Expertise: Strong background in Machine Learning engineering and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of aligning technical roadmaps with business goals and market trends.
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
