Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architecture for systems targeting the 2026 market release.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers in the research and development of autonomous agents.
- Define technical strategy and ensure code quality across the full stack.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct architectural reviews to ensure best practices.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems with high availability.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
