We are seeking a visionary Lead Architect: 2026 Technology Roadmap to spearhead our infrastructure for the next decade. You will not just write code; you will architect the digital nervous system of our ecosystem.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between current enterprise solutions and the emerging paradigms of the 2026 era, focusing on quantum-ready architectures, autonomous AI integration, and hyper-personalized user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the technical strategy to ensure our architecture is scalable, resilient, and ready for the technological shifts of 2026, including advanced AI integration and edge computing dominance.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex microservices and distributed systems that power our next-generation platforms.
- Quantum Readiness: Architect systems that are compatible with quantum computing protocols, preparing our data models for post-silicon computing eras.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve throughput in high-volume, real-time data processing environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols (Zero Trust Architecture) to protect sensitive data against emerging cyber-threats.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, neural network architectures, and how to integrate them into backend systems.
- Future Tech Fluency: Demonstrated interest or experience in Spatial Computing (WebXR), Blockchain interoperability, or Quantum Computing concepts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
