Responsibilities
- Define and execute the high-level architectural strategy for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead the design of scalable, secure, and resilient microservices and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Oversee the migration strategy to ensure zero downtime during critical infrastructure upgrades.
- Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high standards of quality.
- Identify emerging technologies and methodologies that can provide a competitive advantage leading up to 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in designing complex distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong expertise in high-level programming languages (Python, Java, Go, or Rust) and modern frameworks.
- Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterβs preferred).
