- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Cloud & DevOps: Oversee the migration and optimization of cloud-native environments, ensuring CI/CD pipeline efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java; deep understanding of microservices, Kubernetes, and containerization.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects and managing technical debt.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and driving sprint deliverables.
