Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Lead AI & Web3 Architect to build the infrastructure for the decentralized intelligence era. In this role, you will design scalable systems that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with smart contracts, ensuring security, efficiency, and user-centric experiences. You will lead a team of elite engineers and researchers to prototype and deploy next-generation decentralized applications (dApps) that redefine how data is owned and utilized.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable AI models integrated with Web3 protocols and smart contracts.
- Lead the technical vision for our '2026-ready' infrastructure stack, ensuring long-term viability and scalability.
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to define the roadmap for decentralized AI applications.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all smart contract logic and AI training data pipelines.
- Optimize latency and throughput for high-volume decentralized networks.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI, cryptography, and quantum computing to future-proof our technology.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML and Web3 development.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Solidity, and TypeScript.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying complex distributed systems.
- Experience with major frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Solidity (Hardhat/Foundry).
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and zero-knowledge proofs.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
