Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design scalable and secure AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of data for 2026 workloads.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, Transformer models, and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Leadership: Define technical roadmaps and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to global AI ethics guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical teams and product management to deliver high-impact software solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Language: Advanced proficiency in English and technical documentation.
