Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company's 2026 growth objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers.
- Identify emerging AI trends and integrate them into our core product offerings.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define KPIs and ROI for AI investments.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable, secure, and ethical machine learning models.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and AI ethics.
- Present strategic insights and project updates to key stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-level AI solutions from conception to production.
- Deep understanding of modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align technical goals with overarching business outcomes.
- Experience in predictive modeling, NLP, and computer vision applications.
