Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines to handle real-time data processing for over 5 million concurrent users across 16 host stadiums.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop advanced algorithms to forecast fan attendance, optimize ticket pricing, and manage venue capacity dynamically.
- Stadium Operations: Leverage Computer Vision and IoT data to improve security protocols and operational efficiency in major sporting venues.
- Data Governance: Establish robust data governance frameworks ensuring the privacy and security of global user data in compliance with international standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to translate complex AI insights into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in data science, AI, or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kafka).
- Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated experience working with large-scale event infrastructure or enterprise-level big data systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to host cities (USA, Canada, Mexico) for strategic planning and on-site deployment.
