Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, secure AI and machine learning frameworks to support the company's 2026 product roadmap.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical strategies with future-forward business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists and software engineers.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate next-generation tools (e.g., advanced LLMs, generative AI, quantum-ready algorithms) into existing systems.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI models, ensuring optimal performance, ethical AI compliance, and robust data governance.
- Act as the primary technical evangelist for the 2026 initiative, presenting complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of successfully scaling enterprise-level machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or similar modern programming languages.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a keen eye for future tech trends leading into 2026.
