Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art machine learning models using Python and PyTorch.
- Lead research initiatives for Project 2026, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and ethical AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex AI solutions into production environments.
- Write and publish high-impact research papers and technical documentation.
- Optimize neural networks for low-latency inference in real-world applications.
- Establish best practices for model governance, versioning, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
