Responsibilities
- Design and implement the architectural framework for integrated AI and Quantum computing systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of software engineers, data scientists, and quantum researchers.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and scalability in a high-throughput environment.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications for 2026-ready features.
- Conduct technical due diligence for emerging technologies and partnerships.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or High-Performance Computing.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and quantum computing concepts.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
