Responsibilities

- Conduct high-level research on emerging technologies to identify disruptive opportunities for the organization.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align complex technical visions with business objectives.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and sustainable tech infrastructures for future-proofing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on AI or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technical projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and quantum computing principles.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing engineering teams.
