- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader software ecosystems.

- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, NLP, and computer vision technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
