Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable AI systems and neural network architectures for Project 2026.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating new methodologies to improve model performance and efficiency.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of models into production environments, ensuring high availability, low latency, and robust error handling.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and ensure project milestones are met with precision.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards regarding data privacy and algorithmic bias.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 4 years of specialized experience in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
