Responsibilities
- Design and implement the high-level architecture for Project 2026's AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in developing next-generation machine learning models and neural networks.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps and architectural specifications.
- Oversee the deployment of AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS/GCP) and evaluate emerging technologies for integration.
- Mentor junior and mid-level staff, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain system integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and C-suite executives, to align technical strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (10+ years of experience).
- Proven track record of leading architecture teams in large-scale, distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their potential application in AI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in the Fintech, Healthcare, or Robotics sectors is highly desirable.
