Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable, high-availability AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data and millions of concurrent requests.
- 2026 Readiness: Lead the strategic roadmap for integrating emerging technologies such as Quantum computing interfaces and advanced LLM fine-tuning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs through efficient resource allocation and edge computing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role designing large-scale AI systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and Kubernetes.
- AI/ML Expertise: Extensive experience with LLMs (Hugging Face, OpenAI API), RAG architectures, and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
