Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI-driven products and services leading into 2026.
- Architect robust, scalable machine learning systems capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads and real-time processing.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers in research and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy compliance, and security standards are maintained.
- Pioneer the integration of emerging technologies such as quantum computing interfaces and edge AI.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a focus on fostering a culture of innovation.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Generative AI architectures.
