Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and Agentic workflows.
- Design scalable, high-availability architectures for large-scale AI model deployment and inference.
- Lead the technical strategy for MLOps pipelines, ensuring seamless model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI frameworks and governance into the development lifecycle.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Experience designing systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is preferred.
