Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art Deep Learning models, focusing on LLMs and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms to optimize inference speed and reduce energy consumption.
- Mentor and guide a cross-functional team of ML Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex AI capabilities into scalable software products.
- Establish best practices for model training, validation, and MLOps pipelines.
- Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing emerging research papers and integrating breakthrough methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Extensive proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI models.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
