Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Architect high-performance, scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling exponential growth.
- Lead the design and deployment of Generative AI models integrated into core products.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready systems for high-scale environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of the technological trends shaping the 2026 landscape, including Large Language Models and Edge AI.
