Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Frameworks: Design and implement robust, scalable AI and machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Drive R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives focused on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for 2026 enterprise needs.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model inference latency and accuracy, ensuring zero-trust security protocols are integrated into every layer.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical requirements into clear strategic roadmaps for executive leadership and product teams.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Transition legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures using Kubernetes and serverless computing.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++. Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) is required.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of building systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, efficient solutions.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
