Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the design of scalable, high-performance deep learning systems targeting the 2026 product roadmap.
- Define technical vision and strategy for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Oversee the deployment of models to production environments, optimizing for latency, cost, and accuracy.
- Establish best practices for model governance, ethics, and compliance within the AI development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment, with a focus on real-world impact.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong experience with MLOps pipelines, model serving, and data engineering practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
