Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Solutions: Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge Large Language Models and neural networks tailored for enterprise use cases.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and 18-month roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on automation and predictive intelligence.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Lead initiatives to reduce inference latency and optimize model accuracy for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous data governance protocols and ethical AI frameworks to ensure responsible deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- NLP Expertise: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing, tokenization techniques, and transformer architectures.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex distributed systems and handle large-scale data pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
