Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Optimize neural network performance for real-time data processing and low-latency inference.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in a high-velocity environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product management and security teams to ensure ethical AI governance and compliance.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Extensive experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of algorithm optimization, data structures, and system design principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects.
